Nickelodeon is a channel that has the premises of entertaining and educating children, but throughout its history, it has had a series of embarrassing events that have put the company in trouble. Jamie Lynn’s pregnancy
One of the worst nickelodeon scandals was this. Nickelodeon had a 5-year contract with Britney Spears’ 16-year-old sister. Nevertheless, her show ended abruptly when Jamie Lynn announced that she was pregnant. Nickelodeon could not continue with the contract due to her underage audience, so they canceled the show by issuing a letter of support for the actor.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles actor insulted people on Twitter
Nickelodeon decided to hire the famous actor Jason Biggs to act as the voice of “Leonardo” in his series of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Unfortunately, Biggs got Nickelodeon in trouble when he started insulting various Republican politicians and the people who followed them on Twitter. Biggs had to apologize so as not to lose his contract.
The last episode of The Grumpy Beavers angered Nickelodeon.
Nickelodeon decided to cancel the Grumpy Beavers show, due to the production team experiencing constant delays in delivering new episodes. In protest of this news, the creators made one last episode where the Beavers realized that this would be their last episode and then they would die.
Nickelodeon made Jeanette McCurdy hate Arianna Grande
Jeanette and Arianna performed on the show “Sam & Cat”. However, the show ended very badly when Jeanette discovered that Arianna was paid triple. After Nickelodeon denied her a raise, she decided to quit her and do an online show where she lampooned Arianna Grande with a bratty character identical to her with a ponytail.

We all grew up watching Drake & Josh. However, shortly after the show, actor Drake Bell’s life faced controversy, with addictions, arrests for drunk driving and even the leaking of intimate photos that damage the company’s image.
